5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus funds, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for legitimate gaming activities.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• When a bonus offer expires, any unused bonus balance will be automatically removed.
• mlwbd fm reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The mlwbd fm VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each level — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum and 1.0% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week. VIP level advancement is based on the consistency and volume of gaming activity.

Each game offered on mlwbd fm has its own rules, which should be read before starting a game. General gaming rules are described below.

6.1 System Errors and Technical Issues

If a game result is voided due to a technical error, mlwbd fm reserves the right to refund the bet. Winnings displayed abnormally due to technical issues may be considered void. If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game state is saved on the server.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, bets are accepted at specified odds. Even if the odds change after a match has started, the odds of bets already accepted will remain unchanged. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the funds for the related bet will be refunded.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated through Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi and other trusted providers. Live dealer decisions are final; if there is a dispute about a decision, the support team may be notified.
